Find Another Hotel
Most chaotic check-in I have ever experienced. Card keys were not working at the time of our check-in. I felt badly for the guy working at the front desk. He was obviously frazzled and gave his resignation before the end of the night.
We had to download the app to use our phones to unlock the door to our room. The other option was to have frazzled front desk guy walk us up and unlock it himself. Spent 20 minutes setting app up with front desk, go up to room and door still does not unlock. Dude had to come unlock it for us anyway.
Room seemed reasonably clean. Slept fine. Came home with what appear to be bedbug bites. Ten or so. Thanks for a great experience Hampton Inn. Won't be staying again.
