My Honest Review On La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyn
I'll start with customer service upon checking in the first night Emma was rude to us and had a nice /nasty attitude she acted as if she didn't care if I checked in or not only when I had been thru so much to check in and fully paid then she tried to be nice to us. Next Lakevia, Wanda and Suzanne gave us great customer service. and helped me when I needed it. The only problem I had was I told Wanda and another lady I wanted my room clean and throughout my whole stay 5day and 4 nights no one cleaned our room. The location it self was great because it was near Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Family Owed Grand Prix racing and a few other places. All of those places was walking distances from the hotel so that was a plus. The breakfast was ok for me and I like the pancakes. The rooms was ok. Once again what I didn't like was that I was lied to about getting my room cleaned and the trash piled up. I was a little upset about that. The restroom door didn't have a proper lock on the door so anyone could just come in and the shower curtains seemed a little thin, cheap and see thru. Upon checking out Aug 22th 6am I was met with another woman who worked the front desk she had a smirk on her face and her attitude was Nice/ Nasty towards me. Other than those few bad things I had a nice stay. For those two ladies with bad customer service maybe they should read the bible about Use Hospitality one to another without Grudging Thank You ! & Have a Good Day.
