Our check-in experience was a series of unfortunate events. Emails from the property were heavy on advertising events, but low on useful information for check-in. They tried, but it was a fail. They left two voicemails and, unfortunately, the name of the building we were staying in was garbled. So getting help after hours and figuring out where our room was took about an hour and was very stressful. They really should send better check-in information. Also, the signage is lacking, so you have to go find your building/room if you get there late, without the help of signs. Also, no shampoo. Interesting place. People were nice.
