This was a great hotel for a combined work and Disney trip. My husband and I both had business in Florida, so we decided to tack on 2 extra nights so we could spend some time at Disney World.
The first 4 nights were booked by my husband's company, since he had meetings Monday through Thursday of the week. Then we booked 2 more nights with our own credit card so that we wouldn't have to move hotels or hotel rooms, and we would be close to Disney.
The good: They had a free shuttle service to all of the Disney World parks, though there were only two drop off and two pick up times per day. We did use the shuttle to go to Hollywoood studios, and we rode the shuttle back to the hotel as well. The shuttle was a large, very comfortable bus, and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. They also had multiple options for dining, including room service. The pool was beautiful and not crowded. Lots of nice amenities.
The bad: When my husband and I checked in, we mentioned that we were both staying, and that we would like to stay in the same room all week if that was possible. We had booked a King room with a balcony for our last two days there. The agent at the hotel said that would be no problem at all. When we got to the room, it was a double room--not a King. I don't know why the agent wouldn't have warned us that we were not in a King room, since that was what we had booked for the last part of our trip. It was a little weird staying in a double bed room as a married couple.
