I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to several issues that need immediate attention:
Unprofessional Behavior: There appeared to be only one staff member managing all operations, including reception, cleaning, room service, and overall management. This individual was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to guests’ concerns, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Hygiene Concerns: The rooms were in a deplorable state. The bedsheets were torn, and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. This created a highly unsanitary environment, which is not what one expects from a hotel stay.
I strongly urge you to address these issues and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of service and cleanliness at your establishment. A professional and courteous staff, along with clean and well-maintained rooms, are basic expectations for any guest.
