Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite encountering some issues.
On arrival, we learned there is no onsite parking (adjacent garage does not have in-out privileges) despite the website indicating parking is available for $35/ day. the only onsite option is valet (the alternative is an underground garage a short walk from the hotel).
We arrived earlier than check-in, after a long 8 hour drive, before our room was ready, and the front desk offered to text when it was ready. They texted a short time later and we were given access to the room. It appeared they had not finished cleaning, as there was food debris left on floor in bathroom and in the hallway.
The phone didn’t work to call front desk to inform and when we visited the front desk, it was quite busy, so we didn’t inform them until checkout.
We requested a rollaway, which was in the room when we arrived, though we had to request a blanket and pillow from the front desk, as the phone in the room didn’t work.
On our second day, we were left a note informing us that maintenance and security would visit the room to replace the faulty phone. They arrived a couple hours earlier than the letter indicated, and we weren’t ready for them. The security personnel was quite aggressive.
Also on the second day, the cleaners left shower head pointed at door so when water turned on, water sprayed out at us and out the door all over bathroom floor.
