Honestly, I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this experience at this property was way below an acceptable standard for a motel or hotel in North America, that I felt obligated to say something.
The check-in process was frustrating as can be, the initial room that they assigned me the keycard reader didn't work after 3 trips back to the main office, the new room that they gave me didn't have anything that worked properly, the curtains were falling off the wall, the toilet seat was detached from the toilet, the TV didn't work at all, and the shower dripped uncontrollably. If I wasn't so tired from my travels I don't think I'd have slept that much.
At least one of the two beds that I had in the room was clean, so I'll give them that.
Nobody cared to ask how my stay was when I checked out, so here's my chance to say it.
