The check in/out experience is awful. Prior to check in, I received an email to expedite the check in process. You fill out some forms and get a QR code for the 'express' kiosk. Problem is, there is one giant line for both the kiosks and the front desk. There's no separate 'express' line for the kiosks. When I checked out, I paid for parking with my ticket from the garage. Then I tried to check out with the 'express' check out link. They double charged me for parking. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. The receptionist tells me it's been refunded, I ask for a receipt for the refund, and receive one. I start walking to my car and notice that the receipt is just for my room and stills shows the parking charge but no refund. So I was basically lied to. I return again to the front desk and ask the same receptionist for a receipt for the refund, but she is unable to provide me with one. I wait the 5-7 days for the refund on my credit card, but it never arrives. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the refund. Avoid this hotel and all Caesars properties unless you like paying for parking, being double charged and then being lied to by the staff.
