Staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel has been remodeled and was nice.
However, hotel policy is rooms are serviced every third day which was ridiculous. I stayed 5 nights and the room was only serviced ONCE. My trash was overflowing and I had to dump in common area trash containers. Used up all the towels -- and it was just me... one person. Breakfast coffee maker was broken for several days and I'm a huge coffee drinker. Make it in room, right? Well, the room coffee makers had one disposable tray and two cups. Since the room wasn't serviced often those were used up quick.
If asked the front desk would provide towels or coffee(cups,tray,packets) but this isn't COVID anymore... you shouldn't have to ask. So, friendly staff, nice rooms but poor policies.
