It's a nice place, very convenient to shops and restaurants. However, like Mark Twain said "the coldest winter is San Francisco in the summer." I was there in January, the heater in my room wasn't working in my room. Although they sent a maintenance staff to check the room, and the thermometer showed 91 degrees right at the vent, the fan was so weak and low, it was still cold in the room. The maintenance staff told me the heater would kick in when it's set above 90 degree. I used hair dryer to warm up the bed, so I could get some sleep.
