First off checking in was a breeze, quick simple. Headed to our room turns out the keys did not work, headed back to front desk- noticed how dirty the hallways were, garbage all over the hallway - no vacuuming. Gets new keys still not working, front desk girl brings a charger to room door, still not working she lets us in room, while she tries to fix door says she called maintenance GREAT- as we are talking in room - maintenance lady walks in our room - no knocking just comes in - says she's gonna fix the door then proceed to tell us about an outage worldwide - might have issues either way, ok she leaves comes back, again unlocks door walks in hands us our cards saying these might work. On her way out I ask if I go to front desk for the roll away bed that was ordered with the room, she says well I called the other hotel to see if they have one, cause we dont have any left. I was like umm ok, my 8yr old comes to me saying he's not taking a bath in tub because their is hair in the tub, which there was curly black hair in bottom of tub. The floor in room felt like it was wet by the door. About 30mins later maintenance brought the roll away to us only to find out it does NOT fit in the room!! The room is a double queen room, and not big enough to fit a rollaway bed! When I booked hotel I requested a roll away with room- so it was known in advanced! This experience has been not great!
