When I came to check in, the room was not ready so I placed my bags with the reception in their luggage storage. When I came back my luggage was lost and NO ONE knew where it was. The staff was not helpful at all, no one had time to deal with my crisis. I asked them to call me if they would find it, but no one called even though they had found it. I had to go by myself and ask.
My toilet was not working when I checked in. I tried calling the reception but the phone there was on silent so no one heard my calls. I went to talk to them and it took a while to wait until someone came to fix it.
The reception was always filled with guests waiting in line to check in or ask for a "made-up bed" (since they do not do it unless asked) so keep in mind that you really do need to wait in line for service! This hotel reception is seriously understaffed.
I talked to the manager regarding my stay and what had happened but the information I got was that they were understaffed and he told me that there was nothing he could do for me.
I truly had a disappointing stay there. Many 4-star hotels around this area with much better service that I would choose instead of this hotel.
.... But if you need no service, the rooms are good and well equipped. Just a tip though - the double rooms and superior rooms look just about the same, so you could save the money and just book a regular double room.
The breakfast there is perfect. Great service there and very good selection.
