The worst ever I would rather sleep on car
I have traveled 45 US states, 21 countries and 4 continents. It was the worst stay in my life. I reserved for two rooms with two queen beds, and mentioned twice that I will arrive late as my flight were late, all full paid for the rooms, even after that they gave my rooms to someone else. When I arrived at the hotel with my kids, they gave me rooms with single beds, uncleaned, with blood stains on bed sheet, no room to sleep. When I complained, they gave me a rolling bed, just upto the door, and made me change the bed sheets, unfold the rolling bed myself and put bed sheets by myself. The receptionist was un apologetic, very un American.
This is my first time booking with Hotels.com, I would never do it again and will try my best to make sure that none of my family and friends use this. How can Hotels.com allow this. It is ridiculous. They ruined my vacation.
