Bad customer service
We checked in at midnight after a long flight only to spend 30 min trying to get the hotel door to open. The front desk person reprogrammed the key 3 times and it still didn’t work and they didn’t have any other rooms available so we had to leave and find another hotel to stay at in the middle of the night. We were told when we left we would be refunded our money for the stay but the next day the manager told us he would only refund me for one night and we had to come back and stay the remaining 4 nights because they now had another room available, which we wouldn’t do because we had already moved to another hotel for our 5 night trip. We eventually got our money back after having to make a big fuss about it, but the whole experience wasted a bunch of time on our vacation.
