Our room was filthy, there were stains on the bedding, our floor was not vacuumed, the bathroom door was falling off, the walls are paper thin & you can hear everything in the room surrounding you, the breakfast is the same every single day. The manager made a mistake & while we were at the theme park, left me a message telling me I still have items in the room and they need to be removed because I wasn’t supposed to be staying there even though I was paid through the next day. She threatened to physically remove all the items from the room & charge us an additional nights stay. When we returned to the hotel & I listened to the voice message I immediately went to the front desk to address the situation, the supervisor at the front desk was not empathetic about the situation at all, but did contact the manager. She advised the supervisor on duty she made a mistake, & there was a computer error. She never left me another voice message so that I did not have to worry. The only communication she had with me was threatening to remove all of my property from the room & charge me additional fees because she needed my items out of the room as soon as possible. It was an extremely rude & threatening voicemail. Considering there was no apology from the manager or action afterwards letting me know they made a mistake I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel. There were other patrons in the lobby they were refusing to check-in who paid as well.
