La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Univ Area Chapel Hill

I understand there are restrictions placed on businesses operating during covid. But, if you are cutting out offered services including breakfast and usage of indoor pool and hot tub, you need to drop your price and post it on your web site.

Our room was clean. Just passing through on a family trip. I would stay again. No breakfast due to covid.

The hotel was filthy. Cigarette butts on the floor. The hostess did not give us directions to our room and we rambled around to find the hidden elevator. The website claimed they had a continental breakfast, gym and pool. All of those were closed. I’ve had to stay in hotels for a surgery recently and this was the first that did not have breakfast and gym open! Very dissatisfied.

Very nice from start to finish. Check-in was an absolute Breeze, the room was very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The next morning I was asked how my stay was and if I had any problems. I highly recommend staying here

Dirty bath tub. Multiple Towels had shirt black hair on them. No pool as advertised. No breakfast as advertised. Check-out staff had poor positions. Never will stay there again. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Hotel seemed shabbier than before. Too many pets all over. Parking lot trashy. No amenities. Beds were both horrible. That was my last time booking there.

Each photo has reasons...Also, the neighbors next door (which had an adjoining door which we did not want or ask for) We yelling, blasting the tv, and making all kinds of noise until after 2am that kept us awake because the space under the adjoining door is so large and the walls are paper thin. This and the fact it is right on the interstate so there is lots of car/big truck noises always, left for a horrible night with zero rest before a 6am wake up and eight hour day at Duke Children's Hospital. I was really hoping that this hotel would be great but it was not at all and we will never stay there again. Only good parts were the staff was quick getting us checked in and out and there is a restaurant right across the parking lot.

Was a nice room and very clean. We did have our dogs so we had a room on first floor by back door. Was convenient but very noisy in the early morning. Was just an overnight stay.

The hotel was great value for the price. The staff was very friendly.

May stay was good until my 5th day. I checked out 2 days early due to other loud and unruly guest. I found another hotel at 2am in the morning.
