MOLD & LOTS OF IT, Broken amenities too
Please do not stay there and risk your health! The hotel is super moldy and the employees/owner know it. They try to make everything else look super good and clean to make up for it but are having problems with their windows causing mold. We were stuck in a snowstorm and just barely made it there because it seemed like one of the better options in the area. We discovered our entire rooms wall was covered in mold. Talked to the front desk and they tried to move us but the other rooms we looked at were worse. We just decided to stick it out for the night and hoped we'd be able to get to somewhere else in the morning once the snow stopped. We all got mold toxicity and my 1yr old especially. He had diarrhea all the next day, and my other kiddo and husband had a bunch of symptoms too. I woke up at about 3am and felt like I couldnt breathe in the room anymore the mold was so bad. I ended up sitting in the lobby the rest of the night and didn't get to sleep. We were able to find a local B&B down the street to make it to and stay in till the snow melted a bit more and we could travel. Had to wash EVERYTHING because it all smelled of mold from staying at the hotel.
An elevator, the pool, and a couple other things were all broken too. Kinda bummed about that too since that's partially why we tried to make it to that hotel and not another in the area during the snowstorm.
