I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the staff were very friendly, the room conditions were unacceptable.
The room was dirty: the toilet didn't flush and remained clogged, the kitchen and living areas were filthy, and the bed sheets were stained. The carpets had a strange, wet feeling to them, and the showers had soap residue from previous guests. Worst of all, there was black mold on the ceiling, which prompted me to contact the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS).
Additionally, nothing seemed to work properly. The vending machines charged $3 for a small bag of chips, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The so-called "breakfast" consisted of just a cup of coffee.
For $100 a night, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been better off sleeping under a bridge. I strongly advise against staying here.
