The good: the bed was clean and comfortable, the A/C worked, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Located next to a 24/7 McDonald’s which made breakfast easy and convenient. Was an affordable and safe hotel.
The bad: basically everything else. It’s a run down, poorly designed crammed room, in a hotel that’s not really near Disney “main gate” despite the misleading name - it’s a 15-min uber ride to Disney, so still relatively close. They didn’t clean the rooms for a three night stay, we had no supplied or towels replenished, nothing cleaned. They don’t have Tea onsite, just coffee for the room coffee maker, and we ran out. Coulda probably asked front desk for more but with a busy Disney schedule there’s little time for trying to ask the hotel staff for special treatment.
