terrible. disgusting
customer service was terrible. flight landed at 12. called a few days earlier to ask hotel if it was okay to check in after 12, they told us yes, when we land we call again to let them know we are on the way. they said we cannot check in and we would have to pay 50$. when we got to the hotel they told us it would be 80$ not 50 and argued with us being disrespectful. then said we had to wait until 6am to pay 50$ for early check in. when asking for managers number we were told that they dont have a number only email. and there was no one we could contact. which was bs. then when we finally got into our room is was disgusting. looks like it wasnt cleaned in weeks. sheets and towels had stains all over. mildew in the bathroom. toilet was leaking which made the bathroom smell. there was a dead lizard in the window. the jacuzzi in the room didnt work even thonwe paid extra for it. we got no compensation nor a new room. there were roaches. also a door that leads to the room next to that wasnt in any discription or picture. crazy they even charge a "resort" fee.
