The Spark is a nice hotel, however the elevator has been down more than a week and the hotel fails to inform guests until after checkin. Because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com), being informed after checkin did not allow for a refund, so we had to carry large heavy luggage up the steps. While the elevator is out, the hotel should not have listed rooms available if it required climbing multiple floors.
We also called the front desk and asked for extra towels and were told they'd be right up. More than an hour later, I had to call again to request the towels we never received. The hotel is nice, but I would call and inquire about the elevator before booking.
