Check-in quick, but I was not made aware of $19 per day parking until checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. Location good. The next morning, I asked about fresh coffee in the lobby. I was told they do not provide. It is only in the room. Cups in room were only provided for by the maid, so no coffee. Also, no conditioner provided. The bottle in the shower was empty and never refilled. No water offered to Hilton members either. I went to the gym room card did not work. I went back to the desk two more times for new room key to get in. They did not work either. I was never able to access the gym. I asked for a microwave to be put in my room while I was out. I came back no microwave. I had to ask again. On day two of five I informed the front desk I would check out a day early. The front desk said put it in the system. On day three I asked the front desk if they have my request in the system to check out early. It was NOT done so, luckily, I checked, or I would have been charged another day. When asking the front desk if they had a happy hour I was told they didn’t know so ask the bar. I asked the man working the bar and he only provided the comment “every day is happy hour” and then turned his back me. I stayed for five days, and each day had a problem or two. I can’t recommend this hotel.
