Despite having Gold VIP Access through Expedia, the staff did not acknowledge or honor the associated benefits during our stay.
We were looking forward to using the complimentary fitness access at Gold’s Gym, as mentioned on the hotel’s homepage. However, upon arrival, we were clearly informed that this benefit was not included, despite what was stated on the website. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel, and it’s crucial that the hotel provide accurate information to its customers.
Additionally, the ‘Guest Amenity Fee Inclusions’ provided with our room keycard mentioned ‘Preferred Seating at the High Rooftop Lounge.’ When we arrived, we were told that no such seating was available. If the hotel promises a service, it’s important to deliver on it.
