Stayed one night in November as part of a longer trip. Comfortable beds, clean basic room, easy access to the park, and a simple hot breakfast for a good price. Friendly employees. I would stay here again.

Overall a great stay. We did not need extra plastic items privided to us in a bag we did not ask for. Plastic kids cups in restaurant create unnecesary waste. Restaurant buffet lines were unorganized. The rest was fun and enjoyable. Gift shop had groceries and good books. Prompt maintenance.

a busy place
A large, sprawled, busy place at the crossroads between the national parks. The location is very convenient for a brief stopover. And it definitely looks and feels like that: somewhat tired furniture in the room, big jolly crowds eager to hop in a car, comes early morning, right after a hearty breakfast. The place offers a basic comfort level, and this is all what one should ask for.

Highly Recommended!!
This was probably the best stay we have had on our two week south west road trip. Absolutely the best breakfast you can have thats included in your stay. The room was very large and easily accompdated our 6 person family. We used the laundry which was clean and affordable and easy to use. Pool and hit tub were great. We loved this place and would stay here again and recommend

Wonderful stay for a large family
This hotel was very conveniently located, comfortable, and had a lot of amenities that are perfect for families. The buffet breakfast was in a sitdown restaurant that was included with the price of our hotel room. The service was top-notch as we had dinner here the night before as well. Our server was very attentive. Prices are very decent, at least for people coming from New York, who are used to very expensive prices. The laundry room was also conveniently located and had plenty of machines. We did not have to wait during the off-season. I don’t know what it would be like during peak travel season. It was only a few minutes drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. The gift shop was already very well stocked and had reasonable prices. This was also one of the few hotels where there were three large beds, so our family of six didn’t need to use a sofa bed. Overall wonderful stay.

The heating unit was VERY noisy even with earplugs in. Morning breakfast was terrific. The tiny plastic bottles of toiletries, and plastic drinking cups and lack of a recycling receptacle are tragic in this day and age

The hotel is like an oasis at the entrance to Bryce Canyon NP because it has a grocery store, a general store & a good buffet breakfast. A negative regarding the room was the tub, which had some surface defect that was covered by a mat. Good was comfortable & clean.

Resort style motel
We did not realize that this hotel was part of a resort when we booked it, which was a very different experience from the rest of our trip. In a lot of ways, after a week in the remote wilderness, this was a jarring transition back to civilization. But the general store, the grocery availability, the breakfast, the parking, and the proximity to Bryce make it a great place to stay.
