Ehhh not great not awful
Moderately clean place for being dated. As seen in reviews, no on-site staff. Our room didn't have any soap (hand, bar, or shampoo), and some black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Staff dropped off 2 bars of soap while we were out for dinner. Not terrible if you need a place on a budget, but we'd pony up a little extra cash for a nicer place next time we need a roof in Moab.

Sleep in your car.
This is a really old motel, and it shows. The sheets were so threadbare you could see the mattress through it. The bathroom, especially the shower look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Thick mold all around the base of the shower. We had booked a three nights stay but left after two nights. They also overcharged us on our credit card.

All my bases covered
Don’t be fooled by the outer appearance. The room I had was completely redone, with all the amenities I wanted. Bathtub, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker, and TV, of course. Comfy bed for sure. I’d definitely stay here on my next visit. I come here to hike and bike, don’t require posh surroundings, just enjoy not having to seep on the ground anymore, and having a comfy place to come back to😎

This is an adequate and overall cleanly motel, but no more than that. The building itself looks like it was put together from mobile homes, the interior is somewhat bleak, there was no manager on site (the entry code for the room was texted by the manager), the rooms themselves are quite small - considerably more so than the photos would suggest, and there was no breakfast (but there are places to eat and buy groceries nearby.) OK in a limited way for an overnight stay. Is cramped enough that it could be a challenge staying there with small children, especially in bad weather.

Manager promised to apply this July reservation $$ to a future visit but when I went in Sept. using his website, I got a few excuses and charged maximum amount. I ended up paying $298 per night to stay in a dirty room with leaky bathroom, faulty AC, unlocked windows, multiple electrical issues. In my opinion, Zack is a crook. Never again.
