Hotel needs to choose different cleaning supplies
The smell of this hotel was terrible overall. They need to completely change the cleaning products throughout. there was no place in the hotel that was clean and fresh. Even the lobby had an air freshener to mask the smell. It smelled as if they used old dirty rags to clean and was everywhere - the elevator, lobby, restaurant, halls and rooms. Beds were comfortable but we could not control the heat - even when it was off it was very warm and we needed to open windows occasionally to get fresh air in the room. Breakfast was okay - we have had much better variety at other hotels. Sliced hot dogs for the breakfast meat was a turnoff. Breakfast staff was friendly, however the front desk was not. We asked for assistance on what time a Farmacia opened and instead of being helpful - the man looked at us and told us to "google it" The woman at check in did not provide us both rooms we registered for (only 1 was provided but she called it an upgrade??) and instead told us something might be available and had us move one of the rooms the next day. We spent the MOST $$ for our trip at this hotel and honestly couldn't wait to leave.
