The grounds of the property are absolutely stunning!
The only issue that my wife and I ran into was there were 2 people on staff that ruined our experiance. One was a front desk attendant that made us feel like we were hasseling them when we asked to book transportation, wine services and asked questions. Everytime we talked to them the roller their eyes, then helped us. We also rented electic bikes from this person. They showed us how the locked worked, but not how to turnon the bikes and use them. We had to get a maintenance guy, who was amazing, to help us. He noticed that all the bike tires were flat and he pumped them up. Unfortunetly, my bikes breaks did not work, which I learned at the bottom of the hill. I could not be on the bike, hold down both breaks and easily push the bioe forward spinning the tires.
The other person was a server that would not deal with us because we did not speak Italian. We were doing our best and tried to use Google Translate as much a possible. Even with our attempts, during dinner they switched our table with another server. That is all good, but we did not get service for over 50 minutes, and our orginial server did not tell us about the change and would just walk past our table ignoring us.
For us spending over $500/night and over $200 on dinner, the service was far lacking. I would not suggest this location unless you speak Italian, have a car and don't have any questions.
