I have stayed at this property many times, this was by far the worst. I realize 3 is the checkin time and we arrived at 1:30, no vehicles in the lot. There were no rooms available so my 93 old mother and i eetired to our car in the parking lot where while waiting watched the cleaning staff arriving. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10, there was no coffee (the machine broke 1 or 2 days earlier), there was little to no hot food, the desk clerk was atrempting to prepare food then about 8 the kitchen help arrived. We were here last at Christmas and was disappointed there was not a hot breakfast provided.
Overall based on what I've witnessed lately it appears management is having best employee issues, but my experience leads me to believe theres a resistance to financially meet the need of the business/patrons.
Until my last 2 stays I actually promoted the property, but likely find a new property and encourage others to avoid the property.
