I'm not too picky and am usually okay to sacrifice luxury for a cheaper cost, but this place was rough, even for me. I'm confident that the sheets and towels were changed, but the rest of the room was pretty dirty. The staff were very nice and helpful though.

Carpets were filthy. Smelled like cigarettes in the check in area and entrance. Dirty smell in the corridor. They called this Deluxe.. wonder how bad non-deluxe would be. Never staying there again. Lifted the toilet seat cover and it had stains under the seat. Horrible!

I feel this property has been unfairly rated. Yes, it is dated, but it has been there since the 50s, so you shouldn't expect the Ritz. The room was okay, enough to get some rest. The shower was, surprisingly, good. The shower head was good and the water pressure was strong. The breakfast is what it is. If you want more, there is Wegmans right across the street. Overall, this place served my needs. I would definitely stay here again. Just to add, I was born and raised in Ithaca, but have not lived there for over 20 years, but have been back, periodically, to visit family.
