I liked the room my wife and I stayed in but it could have used more lighting and a microwave, when staying at this hotel you have to rent one, it doesn't come standard with the room. After checking in I asked for a cart to bring in the luggage, I was prepared to bring it in myself only to be told a bell man had to help and by the way the bell man became upset because I already had parked my car and I was no longer at the front or rear entrance.
The dining options are very limited with minimal staffing, we tried to have dinner at the Guy Fieri restaurant but after waiting 15 minutes to be seated , once seated after 20 minutes no one took our order we left, we were able to have dinner at the steak house, the food and the service was great.
This was my second time staying at this hotel once in approximately 2018 and this year, I would have to say my previous stay was better. There's definitely room for improvement.
