Dated, but convenient and clean.
Size was nice with good layout. Some easy updates would be appreciated. Didn't have internet for half of our stay and we had some issues locking the back door, but they were very nice when we called and addressed the issues quickly. Mattresses were old but mine was comfortable. Depends on what kind of back issues you have whether you will like or not. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and soap if you will be there more than a day. Location is great. Unit was clean.

Was clean and convenient for Dollywood. A little spartan but can't beat it for the price. Recommended!

Dated but spacious and comfortable!
Our townhome was quite spacious for our family of 4. Each bedroom had an en suite bathroom in addition to the half bath downstairs. If you can handle the dated appliances and decor, you'll enjoy your stay. My husband did have to reconnect two stove burners, but when we experienced a leak running the washing machine, we got an immediate response on the phone. We would return.

Family Christmas 2023
We decided to do our family Christmas in the mtns and chose Pinecrest because it was convenient to town and very convenient to Dollywood. Our unit was very clean, had everything we needed, and beautiful views of the mtns and town. Beds were a little hard but I prefer a softer mattress. Overall we loved it and will be back for sure!!

We had a 2 bedroom (beds upstairs) condo with 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom. Had a king and 2 doubles which was nice. Washer dryer was great. Full size refrigerator with icemaker. Dishwasher. Dining table had 2 chairs and 2 benches. View is mountaintop. Has back porch with rails. Fireplace that we didn’t use. 2 full sofa beds. Needs updated but was clean, a few areas of peeling wallpaper and linoleum. Parking across from front door and 8 gradual stairs from hillside to get to car. The entry keypad didn’t work very well and had to call in to replace batteries twice in a week. Lockbox was convenient and the customer service by telephone was excellent. The road to get there is paved but narrow and no guard rails for imminent drop off the mountaintop. We really appreciated it and even though it wasn’t absolutely beautiful or perfect, we felt relatively safe but would suggest a foam gasket for the back door to keep out the cold (1/2 inch gap) and another lock from the inside. Also suggest a better and more secure safety 2nd lock for the front door since there’s only a thin safety chain now and the keypad gave us so much trouble. Had a vacuum so we were able to keep the commercial grade carpet clean as needed. Convenient to downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood - just a few minutes away but too far to walk.

Convenient location..however the property has very limited parking for the unit . Unit is very outdated and the unit needs lots of work done especially for the price you pay to stay there .

Pros .Great location, comfy beds, clean linens, parking right by unit, decent kitchen and nice family size table for dinner and game play..Cons..def needs updating carpet/vinyl/showerheads/hot tub was down (really booked accordingly for a knee issue) ..little money reinvested and this place will be 5 star!! Either way we will definitely be back.

Great stay!
Had a really nice stay at Pinecrest townhome, the day of my stay i was notified that i needed to pick another unit because my original unit had a HVAC issue. The unit i was placed in was a little bit different then what i was originally supposed to have but things worked out. Unit was clean and updated like i was told it would be, only thing I didn’t really like where the steps to enter the unit as well as the steps that needed to be taken to shower because my father and myself are disabled, although i could go upstairs my father was kinda forced to wash up in the downstairs bathroom sink. Also the parking wasn’t great, it’s nice that each unit had a parking spot but for a unit to have slept so many it would have been nice to have one more spot that was specifically for that unit. But overall the stay was great and more then likely will stay again!

Not worth the price. Townhomes need updated very bad especially with the amount they charge per stay. Wallpaper coming off the walls, dead bugs on the floors, water stains on the ceilings and walls, mismatched paint blotches all throughout the home. Beds are extremely uncomfortable, only 1 burner worked on the stove. Bad smell on pans when cooking. Someone parked in our parking spot all weekend and didn't move until the day we checked out.

Our first room, the air conditioner broke in the night (upper 90 to 100 degree heat days) so we had to get a fan for the dog while we were out. They came and said they could move us to a different room at 1 in the afternoon. This took a little more than an hour in complete heat of the day. Emailed that we could have a late checkout and then backtracked. Nothing done for inconvenience. Staff at location was great. Backoffice, not so much. Only one parking spot per apartment and its tight parking. Hot tub was out of order. Good points...we never heard our neighbors. Very good sound proof walls between units
