Upon checking into the room, we noticed there was a huge spot with black mold in the bathroom. We went back down to the lobby to inform the hotel staff.
We were given a second room which also had black mold throughout the living room section, we went back down to the lobby and inform the hotel staff again. It was late in the evening and we had been traveling all day, and this was the second hotel that we had stopped by. And since we were out of options, we had to stay, but we asked for a discounted rate, and we're told that either we take it as is or we get refunded And we don't get to stay there. They were not helpful or willing to work with us at all, it was actually more like we were inconveniencing them by telling them that their hotel has black mold.
