Must stay!
After a stay at a previous hotel that had a broken pool and hot tub, we were disappointed to find that the pump on the pool and hot tub had gone out the morning prior to our arrival. I made a comment about our last hotel having the same issue and how much we were looking forward to the hot tub, the front desk personnel offered us an upgrade to a suite with personal jacuzzi. It was amazing! We were also please that the curtains actually blocked the outside light and the room was very dark (just the way we like it) at night, no pesky mystery lights. The staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy, I absolutely didn't want to get out of it. We had stayed here in the past when it was the Radisson, this was the first time since it changed to Thousand Hills.

Hotel could have been better
I was a little disappointed by this hotel. We had a king suite but their were quite a few things wrong. There were lots of water stains or something on the ceiling, the shower was tiny with nowhere to hang a towel, body wash or barely a razor and the shower head was corroded. The water for the shower and jacuzzi tub took forever to warm up. We had a balcony but no chairs on it. The sofa was uncomfortable because it was supposed to be a couch bed but mattress was missing. We asked for the mattress and they brought a rollaway bed that was maybe a double, we put that on the couch bed part but it was supposed to be a small. We thought there was a restaurant and bar and there is but it was closed for the season. Breakfast ended at 930 but I read on website it was 10. And they have a pool and hot tub but there were so many kids in it, there were there for some competition but there were ALOT! Also the gym has nothing in it. The treadmill barely worked and there are no weights. The staff was nice and it is in a good location. Close to activities and Walmart and grocery store. The place could use a facelift and a warning if it will be swarmed with lots of unchaperoned teenagers.

Anniversary stay
We booked the presidential suite for our Anniversary. The room was great and spacious. My only complaint and not even really a complaint was most things in Branson are closed for the winter and we were excited to eat at Jack Henry’s and have a few drinks for our anniversary at Wildwood Bar but they were also closed down as well. Overall great stay

Would not stay here again,
First thing, the guy at desk had trouble finding my reservation. Which was not that bad. My kids decide they want to swim that evening and go to pool area. They did not stay long. My daughter said after getting out that the hot tub smelt like urine. Did not want to back and swim. Went down to eat breakfast the next morning and they stated breakfast did not come with our reservation. It clearly stated free breakfast with our reservation. When my daughter got out of her bed that morning I noticed her sheet had a big brown stain in the center, When I asked about getting it changed they said they could bring me the sheet to do it. Not that I care to change the sheets but after everything else I was just aggravated.

Branson stay
The hotel was very nice but it needs updated badly. Our bed was lumpy and so soft that we woke each other up when turning. It was a king size. The rooms just needs to be updated with outlets for phones and such too. The breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about. The workers were top notch! They did awesome.

2/10 Poor

Old, Run Down, paid for a pent house and was told I didn’t, that it wasn’t possible. When I showed them my hotels.com confirmation they said again that I couldn’t have gotten that on hotels.com, that they don’t even have access to rent the penthouses. I was given a presidential suite instead. It was so run down and dirty, a lot of dead bugs in the sky light and on window seals. I asked to move to a regular room. They said no at first because they can not refund me, I told them they can keep the money just move me to a cleaner room. The 2nd room was better but by that time I was over it. A manager did call me after leaving and offers us another stay and one of their other properties, not sure if we will do that again
