Chuveiro frio, só no segundo dia trocaram a gente de quarto, pois não consertaram. Muitas escadas, não vá com cadeirante, bebê ou idoso. Aquecedor quebrado, passamos frio. Endereço incorreto no site. Não se trata de um hotel com recepção física.

I got to the place and it was not the same as the listing. I could not stay in the place and contacted them to cancel my booking. Outside the property is where homeless people sleep. I can go on and on. The point is do not book this place ever. We have been contacting them to refund us. The no. They have is a call center and they will just give you a run around. They refused to give us a refund even if we did not stay there. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Front passcode secured gate was broken (appeared to have been for awhile), the room front door locked into a worn out hole in the frame (no bracket and clearly signs of abuse), WiFi only worked in one room which b/c my data was sketch in CA meant I had no internet in the living room. I reported these things and after a week nothing was done. Did have someone show up to my door because of poor communication on their end but he didn’t even recognize I existed…immediately called front office without even talking to me. Providing something relatively secure and recognizing I exist are kind of baseline for me. Glad I’m out.

Wish there was more than 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people. Windows in 1 bedroom didn't fully close, but close enough. Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. But overall great value choice in a fun neighborhood. Would stay again.

Very tight spot...hard to get to...isolated location in alley. Otherwise it was good.. clean and spacious...the TV couldn't be plugged in as the cord would not reach any outlets so was unusable...perhaps an extension cord added to the unit would be helpful 👍 😀

No hot water. We were unable to shower for the duration of the stay. When I finally got in touch with someone they said they would take care of it. They did not, nor did they contact me with an update.

Experiencia muy desagradable. El hotel esta ubicado en un callejón sin asfaltar y sin luz, dentro de una zona peligrosa. La puerta de acceso a las viviendas estaba rota y por lo tanto cualquiera podia acceder a los pisos. La puerta de acceso al garaje también era accesible para cualquier persona. No tenia ascensor. Llegamos y las habitaciones estaban separadas del comedor por las escaleras de acceso. En las fotos del hotel muestran que hay una cocina totalmente equipada, NO EXISTE, tan solo hay un microondas. Antes de realizar el check in solicitan pago de una fianza de 300 CAD a través de un link de una página externa. Por si fuera poco no hay agua caliente, ni tan solo templada, estaba como el hielo. En la descripción aseguran que hay wifi, lo hay, sin embargo no funciona. A pesar de que esta en una zona peligrosa, la puerta de la habitación carece de cerrojo y cualquiera la puede abrir con el código, pasamos mucho miedo. Las sabanas de las camas estaban sucias y llenas de pelos negros. Sofa roto y la Televisión no funcionaba. Venir a este apartamento es venir a sufrir. 0 recomendable

Not as advertised
This property is not what is advertised on Hotels.com. The address given on the website is not the address of the property, thankfully there were local people who had dealt with other people looking for this property who were very helpful. Getting in touch with the property manager was challenging and getting the required information to check in was difficult. I spent half an hour on the phone trying to get the documents to register and complete the deposit required to get the codes to get into the suite. The main door to the building had a lock and keypad, however someone had jammed a screw into the lock, photo attached below, so it didn’t lock which didn’t give me any feelings of security. The suite is split into 2 parts, the “living room” on one side with a lock and keypad has no window even though there is a couch with a place to sleep, however there wasn’t any bedding to put on it. I called the property manager about the bedding but didn’t get any response. The bedrooms and bathroom were across the hall behind a second door with a lock and keypad. The 2 bedrooms were small, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very small and there was no anti slip coating or mat for the shower in the bathtub which made showering somewhat dangerous. The bathroom sink was cracked in a few places. The kitchen was a folding plastic table and folding chairs with a microwave and coffee maker and some disposable plates and cutlery and a small refrigerator.

Book at your peril - arrived late at night to find both TV's not working, all the electrical outlets in both bedrooms not working, meaning no lamps working and no where to plug my phone/alarm in overnight. In the morning woke up to find that the hot water was not working at all. Reported defects at time of finding them out. Have called 4 times after leaving to speak to someone about this and each time no one is available and someone will call back - they do not. This was intended to be a budget one night stay but entirely not worth the $300 ++ I paid and the $300 security deposit which I am hoping I get back.

Excellemment situé à 20 minutes de marche des différents centres d'intérêt. Hébergement idéal pour un budget modeste. L'absence de contact avec le personnel (tout se fait en ligne ou par téléphone) rend le check in un peu compliqué et des explications complémentaires notamment sur le parking (par ailleurs très pratique dans ce quartier) auraient facilité l'arrivée,

This was a comfortable spot in a great location, my only issue was regarding the communication with the rental company. The burden is on you to request check-in information, and I had to call and message them several times before they responded with the information. They also waited until the last minute, to the point where I wasn't sure if I would even have a place to stay. I wish the communication had been better and clearer.

PÉSIMO LUGAR Y SERVICIO POR PARTE DE HOTELES
La habitación no corresponde con las fotografías, de hecho ni siquiera es una habitación como tal, ni un hotel, es un departamento con puerta sin cerrojo que accede a 3 habitaciones con código de entrada, nuestro cuarto era una sala con sofá cama roto y aire acondicionado que no servía, y el otro cuarto sin aire acondicionado, con dos camas, una mesa con utensilios de cocina y un baño sin agua caliente. Además de esto, no se contaba con internet, te envían la clave y el nombre de una red que ni siquiera existe, piden un anticipo fuera de la plataforma, ¡NO lo hagan! Ya que perderán el dinero que Hoteles les cobra y el depósito igualmente, de las peores experiencias, ante todo el problema hoteles no puede hacer nada ya que necesitan la aceptación del gerente del “hotel” para el reembolso, después de una noche y haberles dado oportunidad por 10 horas de arreglar todos los problemas, y después de múltiples llamadas y chats con hoteles, abandonamos el lugar… Seguimos en espera del reembolso a 4 días de abandonar el lugar… Hoteles no ofrece ninguna solución, solo reembolsarán si el gerente (que normalmente no se encuentra disponible) acepta que se reembolse… Cada día peor la seguridad que te da hoteles o expedía con los lugares que anuncia.

The entrance is not safe. It is in a back alley which is unkept, dirty, graffitied and used as a sleeping place for the homeless. The lock was not working on the door so it was left open all the time for anyone to enter. I did not stay there after seeing this and was refused a refund after numerous attempts to call with no answer.
