There were only 2 positive things about Hotel 39, staff and location. Staff were great, all the front desk staff including Gavin, Ashley, Navada and the servers at the dining room. The front desk and house keepers staff kept apologizing for shortage of towels and linens. We had a total of 10 rooms. Issues- Room 207 was constantly leaking, water on the bathroom floor, in and outside of the front door. They had issue with the power outlet not working and had to charge their electronics in my room. Room 104, air conditioner work on and off. Room 203 and 204, there were days when the room weren’t cleaned . On 2/23/25, I had to go to the front desk upon returning to the hotel at 11pm and asked for linens, towel and broom. I was told that there wasn’t any available now as they were doing laundry. Navada at the front desk cleaned the room in the middle of the night and did a great job. Room 203 was not cleaned after the housekeeper told them that their room was next. None of the refrigerators worked and people had the food spoiled and had to tossed. Blow dryer in room 204 did not work and there was no replacement. Room 305 didn’t have electric kettle until day 4. I do understand that the hotel was fully booked but basic service not provided, toiletries were limited and the overall service was extremely poor. I normally stayed at an all inclusive but a member requested that we stay at this hotel as she stayed there before and it was ok, now she regret referring this place.
