It was not worth the money! The first room they gave us had a pubic hair on the toilet seat, pee spots on the floor and the toilet was running with the water pump so loud that we could not bear it and asked for a different room. It also smelled like weed. The room they gave us next, had two dead crickets, and a dead grasshopper. The water valves were not switched on so that we only got scalding hot water. My husband and to get under the sink himself to switch it on. One of the bed blankets also had lipstick stains on it and a cigarette burn. The only gave us two towels despite having 3 people listed on the booking and when we asked for another, they said they would have to call housekeeping to get us an extra towel - housekeeping never came. My husband had to go and find someone working for the hotel to give us an extra towel and had to explain/justify to that person why we needed another towel since rooms come with two. Breakfast on weekends is only until 9 am and it is not even worth going to. Coffee was okay but orange juice was a powdered mix or some sort and the apple juice was some fizzy concoction. They We got to breakfast at 8:40am and everything was pretty much out - only eggs remained and waffle mix that was watered down. No fruit, no bread for toast, no yogurt. No one came to replenish anything during the time we were there.

This property felt like the projects! It was over 100° day and when we got to our room the AC was off and it was smoldering! We turned on the AC and left for our event. When we came back 5 hours later it was still hot in the room! We just packed our stuff and left! The pool was GREEN and the landscape looked awful! It really did feel like the projects! They need to just bulldoze this property and start over! Terrible stay and I’m mad I lost money because of false advertising!

The property was ok. There were dead crickets everywhere. The water smelled awful coming from the pipes. We used our bottle water to brush our teeth. We could not get clean towels after asking for housekeeping and asking the front desk. I had to go to Walmart to buy fresh towels. The TV did not work. I finally after a day got it to show a picture but still no audio. The front desk lady could not get TV to work after coming to the room. The front desk lady did not offer us another room or anything. Highly disappointed with my stay at this property 😕

---------- Forwarded message ---------- To whom it may concern, I want I booked 2 rooms. One of them was filthy with trash all over the floor, beds were not made. I had to walk back to reception to get another room. Then there were not enough towels in the room. Once again we had to go back to reception just so they can say they didn't have any available. Made my son in law got into the filthy room to see if there were any clean towels. It is not our job to be looking in rooms for clean towels. To top it off what the reservation said my total was is not what I had to pay when I showed up. I can't believe the service we got. Never again would I stay here. Nor would I recommend this place.

Horrible place with foundation issues. The first time they sent us to was filthy and clearly it is service. No sheets on the mattresses. Holes and burns in the mattresses. Canned goods on one if the beds. Furniture in disarray. The second room looked ok at a glance. The door was gapped even with the privacy lock. Had to push the chair against the door at night to feel remotely safe. There are some bad azz kids that I guess stay there with their parents. After 10pm they were playing outside our door and window. I ran them off for a minute then they came back. That's when I found out the room phone didn't work when I tried to call the front desk. Called them from my cell. The person said they knew exactly who I was talking about, meaning these Rugrats are a regular problem. The floor had water seeping they the cracks of the laminate floor. Very disgusting. Hair on the floors and tub. The pool water is green. Stay away from this property. They should be giving the rims away for free. As a travel nurse I'm very disgusted and disappointed.

Not a huge deal because the room was really nice and renovated, but the TV in our room did not work. The air was also turned completely off and took so long to cool down since it was 100 degrees outside.
