First impressions were great - amazing location and really easy to access our room. Room itself (standard) was really nice, good size and had all amenities, was really modern.
We did have an issue where our air con wasn’t working - and the day we arrived it was 35 degrees so really needed air con! We had a few hours of back and forth with the team via WhatsApp which was a little slow at times and slightly frustrating with the delay, but they kindly moved us to another room for the evening as they couldn’t get maintenance in until the morning. We did have a little bit of faff with this, as the room we were moved to was an “upgrade” so we were initially only allowed to stay one night. So we had to move all our belongings into there for just one evening, then move everything back to our original room the next day. Turns out the technician couldn’t actually fix the air con however, so the team agreed to move us to the upgraded room for the rest of our stay! So for the extra faff of moving belongings, we really couldn’t complain as the other room was incredible. There were only 2 of us but that suite would be perfect size for 4 people.
Beds were really comfy, there were complimentary nespresso pods (wouldn’t expect from self serviced apartments!), we didn’t use the laundry facilities but there were helpful signs in the room on how to use these. There is some noise if doors bang when someone comes back, but no more than in a “normal” hotel and is very infrequent.
