You get what you pay for.
Other than being so difficult to find, hotel was quite adequate as far as services, cleanliness, etc. Not a lux hotel, but comfortable enough for the price. Free parking on site was a plus and the location off the main highway in a field was very quiet.

Hotel in need of some serious TLC
We stayed here only for a night (thank goodness for that!), as we were only passing through on the way to Nice. We arrived to a very tired looking hotel with very very dry surroundings, the grass on the lawn was brown and in badly need of watering. The hotel had a swimming pool which was unused (and have been for a while looking from previous reviews), so don't get your hopes up for a relaxing swim in the summer. We had passable service at reception. The hallway to our room looked depressing as so did our room. The room looked like it used to be pleasant in its heyday, but that must have been a long time ago! Now it was a very tired room, the comforter on the bed was filthy so we took it off and put it away. The bathroom had seen better days, the toilet bowl had stains in it (yuck!!) and the bath just looked incredibly sad. It was hot so we were pleased to see a standing fan, except it hasn't been cleaned and when you turn it on, bits of dust would get blown at you. Disgusting. If we weren't on a budget and hadn't already paid for the hotel, I would have left. On the bright side, 5 min drive down the road there is a shopping mall with a lovely bakery, Paul. Don't know how you would get there on foot though as the road was a highway to the mall. I'm usually fairly tolerant of hotels, I don't expect it to be flash, but I do expect it to be clean, which was not the case here. Stay somewhere else.

hotel tres calme dommage que la piscine ne soit qu un souvenir elle n est plus en service depuis plusieurs mois. Le terminal de paiement par carte est lui aussi hs, si vous ne pensez pas a signaler dés votre arrivé que vous voulez souper vous risquez de devoir aller manger a coté . Nous sommes restés 2 nuits le service d étage a donc fait notre chambre bien a fond ! puisque un carnet de chéques déjeuner valeur 120 euros a disparu des bagages! la encore petit probléme pour prévenir la direction la ligne téléphone de l hotel annonce probléme de connexion ,bref il est dommage que je n ai pu prendre contact avec la direction pour lui faire part de mon désagrément

hotel de frnace : a revoir...
Hotel bien situé et d'abord agréable, bon accueil mais tou s'est arreté là!!! la chambre est un peu vetuste , sol lino collant , joints de salle de bains noirs .... l'hotel a du etre bien mais n'a pas été assez entretenu de plus la piscine est vide ! bref nous sommes resté car ce n'était pas catastrophique mais sommes tres deçus et ne le recommandons pas!

cadre exceptionnel Très bon accueil, personnel très a l'écoute et disponible. Le repas était très très bon internet a dispo très appréciable pour faire des recherches sur les activités, visites... des alentours., par contre un peu deçu , la piscine était vide, nous n'avions pas été prévenu

Hotel de France: Kein Platz zum Schlafen
Das Hotel war schlecht zu finden, nicht ausgeschildert. Der Pool war leer, daher war es so günstig. Die Zimmer, speziel die Badezimmer, waren schmutzig, eins war schimmlig. Außerdem war das ganze Hotel eine Partyzone, an schlafen war nicht zu denken. Getränke gibts nur in Dosen mit Platikbecher.

Great hotel if you have a car.
The hotel is located about 15 min. from Nimes (between Airport and Nimes) and is excellent for one night stay. The rooms seem to have been recently renovated (flat panel TV, new carpet, renovated bathrooms etc.) and they were very clean, although work needs to be done in the hallways. Wi-Fi is excellent as long as you stay near the front desk/lobby as we did not have any signal in our room, which was not too far from the lobby. REMEMBER TO CONTACT THEM IF YOU WILL BE CHECKING IN LATE (later than 10pm I believe) so they can give you access codes to get inside the gate and the rooms because the front desk is not manned 24hrs and they close the gates after 10pm. This was the case with us; we came in at midnight to find the gates locked and no one answered the call box outside the gate; frustrated, we ended up using our US cell phone to make roaming call to the hotel for access instructions. This was our fault since our reservation did say to call if we will be late checking in. Regardless, this is a safe hotel for a few nights stay as long as you have a car.

Rénovations nécessaires
Hygiène douteuse (poils et cheveux dans les draps, moisissures dans la sdb, murs et rideaux sales, une seule grande serviette pour une chambre double réservée...); les photos présentées doivent effectivement dater du temps des tv à tube (on peut cependant y voir les ventilateurs "de plafond") car la piscine n'est plus du tout en état de fonctionnement et depuis un bon moment manifestement. Plutôt mal situé et extrêmement mal indiqué, l'hôtel nécessiterait de sérieux investissements de rénovations pour mériter au moins une étoile. A n'utiliser que si ni BB ni 1ere clss sous la main

Le cadre de l'hôtel est très agréable et très bien situé : proche de Nîmes et à la campagne . On y mange également très bien et l'équipe est très accueillante. Bémol : la piscine vide en plein mois de juillet!

Hotel charmant
Hotel très convivial, dans un endroit calme, chambre confortables, parking fermé le soir, c'est un lieu privilégié pour passer un séjour et se reposer après une longue route. Seul reproche c'est le nom de la rue qui ne figure pas sur les GPS, mais les personnes de l'hotel vous renseigne bien par téléphone

L'enregistrement n'a posé aucun problème. Par contre il est difficile de le trouver car il n'y a pas de pancarte le situant. Sinon l'accueil est agréable, le restaurant est convivial et on y mange bien à pas cher. J'y reviendrai à l'occasion

par très simple à trouver (se trouve au milieu d'une pépinière),mais jolie cadre.La piscine n'était pas utilisable alors que sur le site elle devait etre ouverte début avril.Chambre sommaire mais correcte,par contre la commande de la télé ne marchait pas et l'image n'était pas des plus nette. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre ce qui ne nous à pas été dit à notre arrivée et pas donné pour du café et des croissants... L'accueil est cepandent très bien et le carde également;
