Call and check to make sure hotels.com vip perks are aligned with hotel. I booked through the app and had a 2pm late checkout. However, it did not seem like the hotel knew/allowed this.
I paid a half day rate to check out 5pm the next day.
The reception called me at 4pm telling me I have to leave asap even though I paid for the room till 5pm. Super helpless, I was forced to leave. I told them I would be ready in 10 mins and will check out, but somehow that was not quick enough! House keeping knocked on my door 2 minutes shortly after my call with the reception. Her words were 'times up!'
Super disappointed with the entire experience. The hotel called me to explain after that they 'made a mistake' and 'this shouldn't have happened'.
Anyhow, horrific experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Find other options if you can.
