Family trip
Our hotel room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Fantastic to offer coffee, tea, and water 24/7. Two items to be aware of: Signage designating location of pool was non-existent. After walking around corridors for a while, we went outside to locate an outside door. Pool is not handicap friendly.

Basic Stay
Older motel with just the basics. Everything was clean but basic rooms with poor lighting and no refrigeration or microwave in the rooms. Very basic continental breakfast.

Nice family trip
Very nice family get-a-way. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Room clean. Had a free continental breakfast, which was nice, but some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have made a great addition! My only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. It was cold, even though it was supposed to be heated! The big room (air) heater was set on 78, which is low for pool area in November. It was not as enjoyable as it could have been because of the cold water. The children loved having a pool in November. That's why I picked this place.

Pretty nice
The room was pretty good although I thought I had booked a room with the porch. Very dimly lit is my biggest complaint. My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Restaurant was delicious. Get the brisket grilled cheese!

Very clean and friendly
We stayed 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The room was very clean and updated as was the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again .

Cozy and comfortable
The front desk person was very friendly. The hotel was cozy and offered alot of items to make you comfortable in the foyer. The room was extremely clean, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. I will definitely stay again.

Nice Place In Need of Some Sprucing Up.
We have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 visits to Lancaster. We love the hot tub which is not available at most hotels for a comparable rate. The hotel is clean but dated. The rugs in the room are old and can use a shampooing. The breakfast has declined from our first visit. Cereal, hard boil eggs, yogurt, bagel, apples and granola bars along with coffee, tea and juice. There are two buildings and coffee use to be available in both buildings. Now it’s only available in the main building. The mattresses are very soft and in need of replacement. The location is near the outlets and Dutch wonderland which gets a bit congested but it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We will stay here again only because of the hot tub.

Good stay. Friendly staff
Had a good stay here, very friendly team up front, affordable prices, and a indoor pool which was a selling point for us with kids. Like everyone else said the rooms are sort of dated. Last remodel was 2012 and beds were very uncomfortable. I could care less about updated rooms as long as everything is clean but I would recommend the hotel invest in new mattresses. Otherwise everything was in tip top shape and very clean overall for age of everything.

Keep looking for another hotel…
Woken up at 2 am by fire alarm. Was told it was a “maintenance issue.” Staff was absent and unaware of protocol - Start getting people out of their rooms. All place needs updating. Beds were comfy and pool and hot tub were fine. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Spend the extra money, go somewhere else.
