We had a 12:30 am check-in due to flight delays. When we entered our room it looked perfect, but when we pulled back the covers there were no sheets on one bed. There was just a mattress cover. On the other bed there was just one full size sheet on a queen bed, so it wouldn’t even tuck in as a bottom sheet. We were exhausted and just went to bed. We weren’t hopeful that we could handle the delay and we just wanted to crash. In the morning we discovered that we just had one towel for the two of us. Also, there was a tissue box but no tissues. I reported all of this to the front desk in the morning. I did not ask for a refund nor discount, nor was one offered. It was a very bad overnight stay, so I would not recommend this hotel.
