I stayed here recently and couldn’t believe the price for the apartment.
Therefore, as a regular visitor to Liverpool, I decided to book again.
Based on the price I paid I cannot have any complaints, however if I was paying a lot more or what I suspect is anything “peak” I’d expect the following to be looked at:
1. I was given a different room to the one at the time of booking. As I’ve now stayed in a few and seen the price differences I would expect more from (18) if it’s the same price as (22).
2. I received a text to say I’d been given the wrong room, however this included the code so I hope this was changed for the people in that room.
Something to consider security wise.
3. Only one large towel was provided for 2 people, no big deal and I appreciate it’s an easy mistake.
4. WiFi was patchy to say the least, which I know isn’t a problem in the other rooms at the front. Something to look into.
5. There’s a very unpleasant stain on the sofa that could do with looking at.
I will be staying here again as the value is unbelievable, however, as you give apartment numbers on the booking page I would expect that to be the one I stay in, although I appreciate damages/repairs may sometimes affect this.
All in all when I book last minute on quiet days of the week this will always be my go to and I’ll continue to recommend it.
