IF you stay at this hotel, DO NOT WALK OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AT NIGHT, wasn't given pre-warning of this, 10-15 mins of walking from the hotel me and my partner were ROBBED AT KNIFE POINT by a group of boys. Duty of care by the General Manager was poor AF, I was not going to report the incident due to the nature of where we were, but he advised it would be good, so I agreed. Was robbed on Monday night, GM spoked to me on tues morning, saying he would give me a form to fill, 24hrs passed nothing, saw him dancing with guests 2 NIGHTS in a row, still no form, he came up to me thurs evening the day before I leave and asked if I had the form, (I was thinking, did you give me any form like you said you would) I've now checked out and no form to be seen. I don't have a problem with the robbery as such, it is what it is. But don't dare act like you care, which is what pissed me off the most, you shouldn't have even come up to me. Me and my partner have different flights, so I check out before them, so I go to settle the bill and ask the desk if there is anything else I need to pay for, baring in mind we have both been robbed 2 bank cards have gone and my DL, so I didn't want there to be any issues, she said nothing left to pay. I leave the hotel and arrive in Antigua and my partner messages me staying there's an outstanding bill of $48, and they can't access their bank account at this point due to us blocking accounts. IM SO OVER HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THIS HOTEL IS, WILL NOT BE RETURNING
