Why can they have the same standard of cleanliness and comfort to their other CR hotels, same rates as their other hotels in the chain, but this Airport branch really feels like I am attending a 2 star 15-minute motel. Careless speedy cleaners not cleaning hairs and mucus in the walls, dusty, carton like pillows, fridge has been removed could not cool down, my kids snacks or the craft beer I brought to end up my vacation refreshed, dusty carpets that feel like they have not been replaced since the XVI century. Old shampoo dispensers still in place semi-vandalised and the miniature shampoos they leave for a family of four are not only bad quality but the portions are miserable. Staff could not think ahead to leave more toiletries if there's four people staying, no toilet extraction with doors that allow fumes to escape and zero privacy. Also if you have a booking clearly stating is a family of four people why don't you leave 4 towels. It was such a cheap & underwhelming service. Not even comparable to the rest of the CR chain. Sad.
