I booked for a single, king bed room at the Westin LAX. I showed up at 12pm and waited a few hours to check in, only for them to tell me they overbooked the hotel and they are transferring me to a different hotel. This wasted so much of my personal time and my resources. Extremely unprofessional behavior, lack of good communication skills, and overall disregard for their clientele. I wish I could leave a happier, more positive review, but I can’t. Avoid this place. They’ll make you jump through hoops just to get a bed to sleep in. Additionally, when they transferred me to said hotel, the room I was given was 2 queen beds. This may not seem like a big deal, but I very rarely get to choose my sleeping arrangements in my life (sad), but I was so looking forward to spreading out (5’10”) on a nice king size bed.
Anyways, do better, Westin. You’re capable of such better service.
