The front desk was accommodating and pleasant. The price point was great. The stairwell smelled horrible. The room wasn’t filthy but cleanliness didn’t stand out. The room matched the rent.

It was awful had to switch rooms because tv didn't work and no refrigerator, lights flickered over the sink. The second room the dead bolt didn't work and I ended up checking out the same day I checked in. I didn't feel safe in this hotel. Pretty much the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!!!!!!

Not a very good experience
The room was disgusting when I moved in I found all kinds of pills and everything else underneath the beds and trash and nastiness and the shower didn't have very much pressure it was gross the carpet was disgusting someone got killed in there I saw two men beat up some woman in the front or side of the hotel outside and nothing was done the cops were there every day because of drugs and everything else

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

Drug deal going down in parking lot when I arrived. Too many shady people hanging around the side doors. I was asked for a spare cigarette at least 3 times. Single pane glass in windows did nothing to drown out the highway noise.two star or less hotel

The mattress was luxuriously comfortable. Nice staff. NO accs 2bd rm.The sheets were clean but threadbare. The top sheet had salad plate sized brown stains across the top. We viewed these with disbelief and were so tired that we decided not to have staff come in, tear our bed apart, and remake it. The pillows were really old but good enough. We slept just fine. SAFETY: the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. C’mon! One bedside lamp had an empty socket! Only one side of the bed had power to the plug-in sites and charging ports. The electric power on the opposite wall was non-existent meaning all attempts by staff to turn on the TV were futile. There also was no remote control for the TV. ACCESSIBILITY: was bare minimum. There was no transfer bench for the tub and no handheld shower available. Towels were provided for one person. The refrigerator blocked wheelchair access to the window side of the bed, the side with all the power. So we had to run the power cord for my friend’s scooter across the top of the mattress and tucked it between the mattress and the headboard in order to plug it in for the night. The same was true to charge her cell phone. The working ice machine was on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. Breakfast is no longer served at this location as of October 1, 2024 and changes to that effect online had not been corrected. Even on the night when Taylor Swift was in town for a concert, the price 4 this hotel room, the lowest we could find, was too high at $110 USD.

This hotel was atrocious. The staff was not helpful at all. The front desk girl came into my room unannounced 10 minutes after checking in. The locks were torn off the doors in the room. We found a bed bug on my clothing right before checkout and took it down to show the front desk guy and he asked me if I wanted it back? Literally asked me if I wanted the piece of trash back containing the bed bug to take back to my room with me. Like what the hell NO! The front desk guy wouldn’t even call his manager to ask about a partial refund. He told me “it’s Sunday he won’t answer” I spent a ton of money coming to Indy for Taylor Swift and this hotel didn’t even have coffee in the morning. I still haven’t heard back from the manager or anything. I’m appalled.

It was clean and quiet, just old. One elevator. Kind of a weird smell in lobby. Sign says breakfast in the mornings, there was no breakfast.

Stay elsewhere. Firstly, I want to mention there is NO BREAKFAST. I put it in all caps so people are warned. It was part of why we chose this hotel, and despite it being on their website and that they have a sign and set up for it on the lobby, we had to ask to be told they don't offer it. Our room itself was mostly fine. The water pressure in the whole room was terrible. It made showering kind of difficult. The elevator had trash in it more than once. The service was awkwardly slow. When we asked for 4 more towels, they gave us 2 full size and 2 hand towels. We also tried to call in advance to confirm our booking and despite calling 10 times, the call was not answered 1 time. The facilities amenties were weird. The microwave burned a spot on the actual bag for the popcorn we made and the microwave sounded like it was going to break any second. Their elevator also made some concerning noises. There were small burn marks on the sheets and after how they handled everything else, I'm not confident in how clean things actually were.

They want you to confirm the state of the room if it is acceptable. My orignal room i was given had food in doors dirty walls with foot prints and a hole in the bathroom with a frig about to fall on you with a little bit of pressure.

This hotel is in the bottom 3 hotels that Ive stayed in, in my life, and Ive stayed in places all over the US and overseas. Check in was long and laborious. The front office spelled of cigarette smoke and body odor. The elevator was dingy and smokey. The room had poor lighting, stained and ruined carpet, unclean towels, and the list goes on on and on. I paid $150 to stay there and I actually slept in my car instead. I wish this place had corporate ownership because Id write so much more than this. This place is God awful. 0/10, I DO NOT recommend.

This was the worse hotel I have been too. When we pulled into parking lot someone was peeing on the building. Crackheads outside being obvious selling and doing it. There is definitely pimps that stand outside their door guarding. Rooms were awful! Says no smoking but you can smell people smoking everything. Also they charge a $60 deposit. Don’t stay here needs to be shut down
