The hotel was in a good location. We had 4 rooms. The suite was nice. The other rooms had very small bathrooms and one room was in need of renovation. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast were great.

Nice hotel and good location.
We were pleased we could check in early. Our room a was a good size, clean and well presented. The room specification on our booking confirmation stated we had a bath, which I was looking forward to, we had a shower only. I did query this with reception and was told that only superior rooms have a bath. No superior rooms available. 😤 The 'missing' bath was a big disappointment to me as I particularly looked for this when selecting our hotel. The breakfast was OK, it was buffet continental selection. The scrambled eggs were actually hard boiled eggs mashed up. The air con was ok but could not be controlled within the room. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Roma Terminal and about 20 minute from Trevi Fountain. I would recommend this hotel.

Accueil très agréable. Problème de climatisation pendant 2 jours malgré nos demandes (très difficile de dormir à cause de la chaleur) heureusement réglé par un homme compétent à l’accueil. Problème d’odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bains. Buffet de petit déjeuner un peu juste pour un 4 étoiles : jus de fruits sans goût, pas de salade de fruits frais,…Hôtel très bien placé à proximité de la gare de Termini et chambre calme (côté cour).

The Hotel has seen better days
I had already stayed at this hotel in 2019. At that time everything was well maintained and the accommodation was very good. But those 3 years really didn't do the hotel any good. It is a well located hotel, with a friendly staff and a good breakfast. But it is clear that the structure has not been receiving due attention. Everything is a little "tired" (example: furniture and bathroom facilities). But the real problem was the air conditioning: It's a central air conditioning system that, on two out of four nights, just didn't work. After complaining to the attendant as soon as I arrived in the room at the beginning of the first night, she said that it was a problem that depended on a technician, but that she would try to "reset the system", said that it would not make any difference to change us rooms as the problem was not in the room but in the whole hotel. It was a hot and frustrating night. And so, in the summer of Rome, when it was 30 degrees Celsius at night, we went out during the day hoping that when we arrived at night the problem would be solved and we could enjoy the comfort we paid for. On two of the four days it worked "reasonably". If the staff already knew about the problem, the question is: why didn't the technician fix the system already during the afternoon of the first day? The impression left is that it is a chronic problem that does not receive the necessary attention from managers. It is not a cheap hotel, so it can be said that the stay was disappointi

Incrível estadia
Estadia maravilhosa com excelente localização. O hotel fica muito próximo de pontos importantes com fácil acesso ao metro. O café da manhã é super completo e muito gostoso e a cama perfeita! Chegamos mais cedo do que o previsto no hotel e o Staff foi extremamente gentil nos dando um earlier checkin :)

Lovely staff and a nice stay. Great location and great value. Only a couple of issues, the shower in the bathroom wasn't great, not adjustable and sometimes water leaked onto the floor in the corner. Breakfast was only okay, servers didn't offer coffee and had to ask them. Cleaners only gave us shampoo.

Hotel did not turn on AC in rooms in mid May. They said they don’t turn on until June 1st. Room was 80’s at night, couldn’t sleep. No fans. Bed was soaking wet from sweat each morning.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Rome. It is within walking distance of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Dei Popola, and so much more. There is a cafe just down the street, Al Viminale, that serves the best, most authentic italian food that we experienced during our trip. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the hotel itself. The AC in our room never cooled well. It turns out that every room was equally as balmy as we had friends on the other side of the building with the same issue. This forced us to sleep with the windows open in order to cool the room off which impeded our sleep due to the night-life in the surrounding areas. We were never issued a menu of spa services, and breakfast was sub-par and often too crowded for the amount of people trying to partake. If we come to Rome again, we would most definitely stay in the same area, but we would opt for a different hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel
Lovely quiet hotel approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre. Lovely base to set out from everyday. Reception staff were helpful when asked about anything. Breakfast staff were very courteous and the breakfast was as expected.

Flott hotell, men ventilasjonen på vårt rom i 1. etasje fungerte ikke og det ble veldig varmt på vårt ron, selv om det fungerte fint i gangene og lobbyen. Vi var der ikke på den varmeste årstiden, hadde nok ikke holdt ut på rommet om sommeren med over grader ute. Nå ble vi reddet av å kunne lufte fra vinduet til bakgården.

Central location, friendly reception staff, free okay breakfast. BUT: the cleaning service is terrible. Our bathroom was not cleaned in four days, towels were not changed, amenities not refilled. The room was very worn down. Black stains on the wallpaper, broken window, mouldy shower, low pressure on the shower, broken bathroom door, broken towel rack. Besides, the elevator was tiny. Made for four, fitting two. We were there during Covid, waited for the elevator in the morning and one of the cleaning staff squeezed in with us instead of waiting or keeping distance. The hotel needs renovation for sure.
