Delightful stay in the North End
Lovely spot! Some things need updating (chair in the room was a bit worn and some lighting features in the bathroom were not functioning), but overall wonderful! Additionally, it's great waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread from the bakery downstairs, but unfortunately you hear them making a lot of noise in the kitchen in the early hours of the morning! But it wasn't bothersome. Rooms are comfortable and chic; bed is out of this world comfortable and the staff are very kind.

Loved the location and the many options for nearby dining and shops. Very walkable neighborhood and felt safe at all hours. The location can be a little noisy with the restaurants downstairs being open late, but that was far outweighed by the charm, amenities, and convenience of this property. Would definitely stay again!

No elevator, lots of steps…but thats on me as I didn’t check ahead of time. It is on a main street in a small neighborhood so be prepared for noise if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise its in a fantastic area

Stay itself was nice….was misinformed on parking was told there was Valet but that was for restaurant not guest paying for rooms….Also had no hot water the last 2 mornings of our stay…but lay out of room and amenities were fine

The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice and spacious! Shower was great with awesome water pressure. I would give a 5 star review all around except the street is beside the bedrooms and it’s extremely loud with people yelling, horns, and trash trucks all night. The location is a plus for walking distance to attractions and so many great restaurants and pastry shops.

Nice place
The room is located above a restaurant that you need to pass through to get to the stairs. Our room was on the second floor (no elevator). We chose it since is has 2 bedrooms, so the kids had their own room. The shower was huge so it was greate. We recived few bottles of water every day. The room vas very clean. For parking you need to look for a parking lot somewhere around. They vary in price

Great place to stay if you love the North End. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Boston assuming price stays reasonable for Boston. (All Boston lodging is unreasonable - but Bricco is relatively better than other options.)

Stayed here for 3 nights, the property is in a great location in the north end close to restaurants and bars and in walking distance of the harbour and most downtown attractions, although the suites are clean and quite nice in general the downside with them are they in a bit of a random place away from the bricco resturaht where you have to walk up the street and down a side alley and through a busy restaurant to access your room, which isn’t ideal, when we walked out of our room into what seemed like a staff meeting or people enjoying there evening meals it was all a bit awkward, it was also the same scenario when you check in/out at the bricco restaurant, other than that we enjoyed our stay here but feel like this is a major downside and could be improved somehow

Our stay was great. I would've liked room service throughout the days I was there. I would've also liked for a telephone to be in the room so that I can call a front desk. My sink was clogged a bit but I couldn't call anyone to dix it until the restaurant was opened. By then, I was out and about. Seems like front desk was only available once the restaurant downstairs opened. It was a nice and cozy place. I like how the restaurants and stores were all walking distance.

Great property location wise ..it was noisy from the restaurant music below but was turned off by 11 pm week nights. The pillows were not great !.. and there wasnt any dish cleaning stuff just soap and paper towels. Overall it was good and i would recommend them

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. A bit noisy in evening from crowds and music nearby but music stopped by 11:00 pm. Reception is located in restaurant and after checkin a staff member showed us to our room. Room cleaning available upon request by leaving door hanger on the handle. Bottled water provided daily. We did not use daily cleaning so we request additional coffee pods that were promptly brought to our room. There is no elevator but they offered assistance with luggage. We were on first floor so the flight of stairs wasn’t an issue. Nice restaurant onsite but also in a great location in Little Italy for walking to sites and for restaurants. Close to a few pastry & coffee shops for breakfast.

Our two bedroom was above a restaurant so the in and out was a little odd but the room was great and the location can not be beat. We only had drinks at the restaurant, Mare, but food looked delicious

What a wonderful property. I was mulling over a hotel vs this property. Because we had another couple with us, privacy and space was a huge factor in choosing where we stayed. Location was another non-negotiable, so I knew it would be a little expensive. Our property was in the perfect spot! 5 minutes from the T-line- we didn’t pay for an Uber during our stay. So many awesome restaurants & coffee shops right below us, with a CVS less than 5 minute walk for convenience items. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The host, Vinnie, was so kind & his hospitality was energetic & excitable! He always offered to help carry our bags up or down & called to check on us. Only suggestions: there is only an electric stove, but no pots or pans? Which made the kitchen quite useless besides microwaveable items. The fridge is also a mini so there is no freezer for frozen microwaveables, so it was hard to stock up on foods (Boston is an expensive city, so having frozen foods to munch on when not wanting to eat out would have been nice.) While I cannot complain one bit about location, the reviews did warn me that it is loud. The trash guys came at 3 am and there were about 20 trash cans outside with glass recycling also being done. I highly suggest having noise cancelling ear buds if you are a light sleeper! It didn’t bother me or my husband, as he is a deep sleeper & I had my ear buds! I would highly recommend staying here & if I am ever back in Boston, I would stay here again!
