Me and my friends had the best time here everybody was so nice and accommodating! José was such a gentleman, he sent us to”Due Amici”to get the best pizza ever! and the Manager Melissa was very personable she made us feel like home. I definitely will be back here. This is probably the least lighted hotel room I have ever seen. It's no way an hotel room should be that dark with all of the lighten by the door. That needs to be adjusted asap. Other than that the hotel was very pleasant.

Pleasant front staff - Dirty hotel room
Firstly, the young lady at the front desk was awesome. She was very helpful with my booking during such a stressful time of hurricane Milton. She had a pleasant and approachable attitude during the entire stay even when she was the only server during the night of the hurricane, which was chaos, and didn’t complain once. Now the room on the other hand, was a total opposite experience. The bathtub was so nasty I wouldn’t dare step foot in it. I had requested to have it cleaned but no one came in to clean it. It may still be dirty for all you know. Also, the bed was not comfortable which is surprising for a Hilton hotel and the AC was a joke. The temp stayed at 81 the entire night even when it was set at 70. The room served its purpose of keeping us safe during a major hurricane but due to the condition of the room, I will not stay here again.

Be Ready to get nickeled and dimed. The website says breakfast, but it’s not complimentary. Also says parking but paid parking. Rooms are a little ruin down and have a moldy smell. I hardly stay in hotels and I see why. Can’t wait till these greedy companies go under.
