Poor management
I had booked this pre paid, non refundable stay months in advance only to receive an email the day before my check in that they had overbooked me and had to move my reservation to the nearby Sheraton. They said a confirmation from Sheraton would follow. I never received that confirmation despite my reply to their email. When I got to the Sheraton for check in they had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had saved all email commun ications and c ould prove I had a reservation. The desk clerk spent a good 20 minutes on the phone but did manage to get it straightened out. This is not my idea of good customer service.
The room was okay, but had only one lamp for lighting and no usb ports. I consider a usb port standard these days.
